30-day refill
If your count drops within 30 days of delivery, we refill it free of charge. Contact support with your order ID.
Refunds
If an order is not delivered within 7 days, or cannot be fulfilled, you are refunded in full. Crypto refunds are sent to a wallet address you provide; card refunds return to the original payment method. Network fees, where applicable, are deducted.
Not eligible
Orders already delivered as described; orders with a wrong, private or deleted link; crypto sent on the wrong network.
